Lake Bled.Today was a super packed day of fun. First we took a tour of Bled, which was gorgeous. We started with something delicious, a traditional custard pastry, at a place that is very famous for making it, thanks to Tito. The view from this building was amazing. We saw all of Bled from our seats at our table. After this we drove to the next stop on our map, the castle in Bled.
Bled Castle. The castle was beautiful and the view from the top of it was amazing. I liked this castle because it was a self guided tour and I found myself in all nooks and crannies of the castle. Next stop, Bohinj. Here we would reach the top of Mount Vogel and see Slovenia from the highest point we've ever been!

Mount Vogel. Now is not a good time to be afraid of heights! We took a ski lift up the mountain and it was probably the most beautiful thing i have ever seen. After our trip up the mountain we went back to Lake Bled. Mount Vogel draws tons of tourists, especially when the caps are white.
Lake Bled. The lake and its landscape were breathtaking. The lake plays a big role in Slovenia's break out into the realm of vacation spots and must see's. The lake is a big opportunity to put Slovenia on the map and make it the next hot place to stay, which will stimulate the economy. We grabbed some dinner, and after eating we got a chance to actually go into the lake and it was so refreshing! It was so clean and we really felt one with nature. When we dried off we played some table tennis and headed back to Velenje.
